isun Wilbur and I have a gift. I get blessed daily by getting to share this talent with others. I get to see, with unique eyes, the wonder, and beauty in food. Taking the simplest of ingredients, flour, sugar, eggs, and of course butter and creating something delicious, a work of art. Growing up I never saw myself as an artist, but this all changed with my 1st cake decorating class. Holding a piping bag in my hand just felt right and the creations I was able to bring to life, surprised even me. With my newfound edible medium, I was launched into embracing my artistic side. I followed this blossoming passion to Culinary School, where I attained a degree in Patisserie and Baking at the Orlando Culinary Academy, Le Cordon Bleu. For over 10 years now I have worked in a variety of places. Bakeries, Restaurants, Country Clubs, and even Beach Front Hotels fill my resume and the journey has been nothing less than amazing. Through these experiences I have held a variety of different positions and titles, including Executive Pastry Chef, Head Cake Decorator, Bread Baker and Line Cook. Over this time, I have refined my skills and fallen more in love with the culinary arts every step of the way. I grew up with an amazing mother who truly set the foundation for my future career. Farm fresh produce, eggs, and even meat filled the dinner table at every home-cooked meal. Still to this day that sweet lady can’t even start cooking dinner without 1st making a dessert or a loaf of fresh-baked bread. The saying “made with love” is truly ingrained in my DNA. How can I put my talent to work and serve you? I would love to take your dream wedding cake and make it a reality. Enhance your next celebration, festivity or special occasion with a cake, pastries, desserts or an elaborate candy bar. It’s my unique combination of work ethic, diligence, excellence and joy that allows me, through sweat, tears and burns, to continue to enthusiastically follow my passion. New Orleans you are a new experience and we LOVE YOU!! We have found so much incredible culture, hospitality, and joy here and it has made every moment exhilarating! First day included WW11 museum with my military enthusiast who ran from exhibit to exhibit with so much excitement it made my heart smile. It was both humbling and fascinating. I was so impressed by the excellence put into the preservation of the past, the good, the bad and the ugly. Road trips with this kid are seriously the BEST!! 🙌🏻😎❤️🤩

Rolling out the holiday menu offering 2 delivery day options for ALL the tasty pies/treats AND because I want you to have all the fun and deliciousness at those holiday parties I've added in some items that can be ordered anytime between Dec 15th- Dec 24th!! If that wasn't amazing enough, Cookie Boxes and Dessert Boxes CAN BE SHIPPED (small fee applied due to increased shipping cost)!!!
