First of all I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who came out to Gale this past weekend. We had a great turn out and your support means the world to me. I decided to feature everyone’s favorite fully prepared meal this past weekend. The Tuscan Chicken and Orxo will be a family favorite and even a meal loved by the pickiest of eaters. I have several new followers, so I thought I would introduce myself and tell you a little about what I do. My name is Christi, and I’ve been a lover of food for as long as I can remember. Even from a young age, my mom had me in the kitchen helping her cook. It was such a special time, and I have such fond memories. As I grew older, I started participating in food competitions through 4-H and even won the Betty Crocker Award in college. Needless to say, I come from a long line of great cooks, so it made cooking much more fun. Plus, it’s such a great way to show people you care about them.

So, what do I offer at Knead It Quick Kitchen and Bakery? Actually, a little bit of everything. I take special requests and have done baby showers, family reunions, and birthday parties. I also put out a special menu around the holidays, but the thing I focus the majority of my time on is my monthly menu.

On my monthly menu, I offer fully prepared meals and starter meal kits. My fully prepared meals come in three different sizes: XS (7x5), which is enough for two people; small (8x8), which feeds four people; and large (9x13), which feeds six to eight people. These meals are fully prepared—all you have to do is put them in the oven.

I also offer starter meal kits. Starter meal kits are made with fresh ingredients and come vacuum-sealed. Most of the starter meal kits are designed for the crockpot. Each starter meal kit comes with a set of directions and a list of what you will need to add in order to finish the meal. I also cater to families with allergies and of course picky eaters. If you’re looking to eat healthier this year, this fully prepared meal is another great option. This meal comes in three different sizes; extra small - $15 / 2 peppers, small - $25 / 4 peppers, and large - $55 / 8 peppers. This meal is also gluten free. Want to make this meal even healthier? Request ground turkey instead of fground beef for $5 more in the small and extra small and $10 more for the large.

Is one of your New Year’s resolutions to eat healthier? Well this fully prepared meal is for you!!! Each sweet potato is stuffed with ground turkey, black beans, corn, spinach, and tomatoes. This meal is fully prepared and is gluten free. Have picky eaters? No worries, you can customize your order by letting me know what you do or don’t like. Comes in three sizes; extra small - $20 / 2 potatoes, small-$30 / 4 potatoes, and large-$55 / 8 potatoes.
