Owned & ran by the previous Pastry Chef at Urbana Coffee Works in Amarillo, TX. After they closed in December due to financial struggles because of the pandemic, Autumn, a veteran of 2 years at the shop, decided to continue her learning and try to make it on her own! This is only the beginning and a long journey, but we're excited for every moment of it.
