I’ve been baking for over 35 years. I took my first beginners cake class when I was 19 years old.

I didn’t know, at the time, it would be my love and passion, but it has certainly become that very thing. I am self-taught and a one man show. I work out of my house under the Texas Cottage Food Law. There is something about creating delicious and pretty desserts that makes the long hours and hard work all worth it, just for you! I want to make you, your family gathering and celebrations unforgett

able. On occasion, I offer beginner cookie classes, so keep an eye out for a great time with your BFF or whomever you invite to join you.

I had a dental appointment early this morning and I enjoy taking something baked to my dental student. A lot of the students are away from home pursuing a career and they miss home, so Its a little something home baked. She is always so excited when I do something for her. 🩷
