We had another great day at the market, thanks again to all of our customers who were out there in that heat, but we find ourselves with some extra Co**ha Flights. We will do porch pick up today only until 8 pm. Each flight has four mini co**has and will be at the reduced rate of $5, get them while they last! Sorry no delivery, DM if interested!

Well it was a successful first day at the Des Moines Downtown Framers Market! However we do have some extras available for a hungry home 😉. We will have porch pickup between now and 4:30, on July 4th only. DM for the address, local only.

Alright well the time has come for the flavors for the co**ha flights this Saturday! We will have Strawberry 🍓, Plain, Blueberry Lemon 🍋 , and Apple Pie 🥧 ! That means the colors will be Red, White, and Blue; and finally Apple Pie. (Nothing is more American than an apple pie!) If you have never tried a co**ha, this is your chance to try four different flavors! These flights of four mini co**has will be on sale at the Des Moines Farmers Market - Downtown for $10.

Announcement time! 🎉 here are the dates that we will be at the Des Moines Farmers Market - Downtown 7/4, 7/18, and 8/8! Feel free to share this post to let your friends know when to find me at the market!

We are excited and a little nervous 😬! The menu we are developing is that we will have chocolate and regular croissants, mini garlic Parmesan focaccias, and a new item! The new item will be mini co**has flights!

Big announcement time!!

After starting this journey of selling bread to friends, family, and the wonderful people that I have met at various markets I took a leap to apply for the Des Moines Partnership’s Spark innovator program. This program will allow me to sell my goods a select number of Des Moines Farmers Market! I am excited to share my baked goods with a larger audience!
I have been hard at work trying to expand some of my offerings to make the timeline work for a morning start time. If you have friends who are regulars at the DSM Farmers Market share my page for updates of when I will be there! Thanks for all of the support!

I got to make my childhood treat, frozen strawberry pizza, simply to die for, and experiment with mini strawberry co**has (correct name for what I have been calling pan dulce.) These mini co**has turned out fantastic and you can bet they will be making an appearance at some markets this summer!

Also there is some big news about which markets I will be at this summer! Be on the lookout for the announcement next week, it is going to exciting!
