Big announcement time!!

After starting this journey of selling bread to friends, family, and the wonderful people that I have met at various markets I took a leap to apply for the Des Moines Partnership’s Spark innovator program. This program will allow me to sell my goods a select number of Des Moines Farmers Market! I am excited to share my baked goods with a larger audience!
I have been hard at work trying to expand some of my offerings to make the timeline work for a morning start time. If you have friends who are regulars at the DSM Farmers Market share my page for updates of when I will be there! Thanks for all of the support!

I got to make my childhood treat, frozen strawberry pizza, simply to die for, and experiment with mini strawberry conchas (correct name for what I have been calling pan dulce.) These mini conchas turned out fantastic and you can bet they will be making an appearance at some markets this summer!

Also there is some big news about which markets I will be at this summer! Be on the lookout for the announcement next week, it is going to exciting!
