Don't know what Peach Fest is? It's pretty simple. We bring up a U-Haul filled with the freshest peaches straight from South Carolina and sell them, with all of the proceeds going to some of our favorite local non-profits, including Sojourner House, Beacon House, The Community Table, Bolton Refuge House, The Altoona Public Library, and Chippewa Valley Street Ministries.

Not only that, but there's music, games, and raffles and an all-around fun time to hang out with the community and enjoy the local vendors.

We can't wait to celebrate with you on June 20th at The Yard Container Park in Altoona, WI!

Good Morning! I have a couple of updates that I wanted to share with everyone this morning.

First, unfortunately our espresso machine is on the fritz so coffee service will be limited this morning. We will still have cold brew, drip coffee, lemonade and more.

Second, holy moly, Peach Fest is coming up quick. Mark your calendars for June 20th.

Lastly, we at the Bean have made the difficult decision to not return to the Downtown Farmer's Market this year. We have loved our 3 summers there, and will miss seeing everyone's smiling faces. I guess that just means you will have to bring your smiling faces to our store in downtown Altoona. We are going to take the summer to slow down, reset and enjoy the sunshine with our families.

But even though we aren't at the Farmer's Market today our case is overflowing with beautiful goodies. Stop in and see us.
