My cakes are baked fresh to order. I use a special shortening & flavorings in my buttercream icing and it is also made fresh... nothing from a large bucket for my customers!! Some decorations are made from fondant & I have covered some cakes with fondant, but I prefer to use the good buttercream.

I’ve quit doing cakes and now I have 45 years of accumulated supplies to sell. All sizes of pans in many shapes, (round, square, rectangle, hex, oval, petal, heart), many 3D pans (some discontinued years ago), 1 Hamilton Beach mixer, Stainless triple sink & stainless table (both restaurant type), 1 stove, sprinkles, flavorings, food colors, decorating supplies (bags, tips, couplers), fondant & candy molds & cutters, several hundred cookie cutters, utensils, cake boxes, large tubs for cake mix, cooling racks, sheet rock cake boards, storage bowls, white coated metal shelves, styrofoam cakes, cake decorating toys, beautiful gumpaste flowers, storage containers, plastic drawers, on & on. You name it, I probably have it. Too much to list separately and a lot is boxed up already, so not many pictures. Every thing in good condition, some things never used.
