This is the hard part, many people do not realize how hard it is to get the recipe right. This is my 4th or 5th batch trying different cinnamon roll recipes. This recipe is made with a GF sourdough starter, but just did not rise for me. Taste and texture was good just not a fluffy soft roll I am looking for!! This is not cheap endeavor, and it's all about the end product. I want people to taste my GF baking and say ohhh this is delicious, and not be able to post the judgement of oh it's GF it's got to taste terrible. My last team meeting i did not tell a soul it was GF and they loved everything I baked!!

Been a busy day, Gluten Free, Onion, Bacon Cheddar, Cinnamon Raisin, and Poppy seed Bagels, Roasted Garlic & Blue Berry Sourdough, and Bacon Jalapeño Cheddar and a plain Sourdough in the oven!!!
