Whoops, I forgot to take pictures before everything was packed. So here's a sample of what I'm bringing to this weekend's Effingham Farmers Market. Merengues are Strawberry/Orange. There will be Autumn and Halloween Iced Sugar Cookies, fudge, brownies, and more!

Oh, my, it's been a rough week. Fudge that curdled and zucchini bread that stuck to the pans. The fudge ended up in the trash, but I'll have a few "damaged" loaves of zucchini bread for $1. 😆 And since the fudge was a request item, I remade it and thankfully, it came out alright the second time. That said... For this week's Effingham Farmers Market I have Raspberry/Lemon Meringues, Chocolate and Peanut Butter Fantasy fudge, a couple of Apple pies, and Toffee Oatmeal cookies, along with the usual assortment of goodies. It's going to be a gorgeous day--see you there!

October is here! Which means I'm adding Halloween shapes to the autumn collection. For this weekend's Effingham Farmers Market I have Meringues (aCherry/Maple mix), Pumpkin Snickerdoodles, Iced Lemon cookies, and Zucchini bread, along with the usual collection of treats. See you there!

I'm getting packed for this weekend's Effingham Farmers Market. This week, along with all the usual flavors, I'll have Apple/Walnut cookies with Caramel flavored frosting. This is a very moist oatmeal cookie. I'm also bringing Pumpkin Crumble, a thick cookie with just a touch of pumpkin and pumpkin spice. Meringues are a lemon/orange/strawberry mix. And I know the weather has turned colder, but if you're an ice cream lover, I recommend the Cream Cheese Snickerdoodles as a crunchy base! Although my husband disagrees, and says it should be the iced sugar cookies! (Give it a try and let me know which you like best!)

Hopefully tomorrow will be our last scorching-hot Saturday at the Effingham Farmers Market! Maybe, if we all think cool thoughts...

To help with that, I have my Autumn collection sugar cookies this week! Meringues are Raspberry/Blueberry mix. I'll also have Pumpkin Snickerdoodles and Lemon Chip along with the other usuals.
