Welcome to Chattahoochee Cheesecake Company. This is my story.
Chattahoochee Cheesecake Company's foundation began some 25 years ago when I began making Cheesecakes to take into the office. And while they were a cosmetic disaster, they were very delicious. So, I continued to make them, and masked the aesthetics with different glazes to cover up the blemishes.
Over the years, I refined the recipe and the process until I could make a picture perfect cheesecake virtually 100% of the time. And then I began to get creative adding different ingredients to enhance the Cheesecakes, or as I prefer to call it, the Cheesecakes to enhance the ingredients.
Subsequently, I began to make Cheesecakes to give as gifts to my Childrens’ teachers and friends for Birthdays, Anniversaries, and Christmas. They were a huge hit and everybody continued to coerce me into going into business. But I resisted, predominantly because I enjoyed making them and worried that what was once a great joy would become a mundane chore. It wasn’t until one such individual, who happened to work in the food industry, encouraged me to take a leap of faith and go into business. Not completely convinced, I met him for lunch and brought along a half dozen samples, of which, he asked the owner of the restaurant to pick one and go try it out and tell him what he thought. Within 5 minutes, the gentleman came back and the only words out of his mouth were “how much, and when can I have them”? And that was the discerning moment that I decided to go into the Cheesecake business.
Today, I have over 40 different Cheesecakes that I produce for Bakeries, Restaurants, and Individuals. Almost every Cheesecake Selection can be made 100% Gluten Free with little discernable difference in taste. All of my products are made fresh, with the most wholesome ingredients available. I stand by my product and personally guarantee 100% satisfaction.
