Handmade by Heather I am a pastry chef turned stay-at-home-mom. I make all my goodies completely from scratch. I attended culinary school from 2005-2007.

I have a full culinary degree, but my focus has always been cakes and pastries. I make everything from scratch from the batter, to the fillings, to the frosting (the only pre-made item you will find on my cakes is the fondant). Since I bake out of my home kitchen, I am unable to make cakes for over 100 people. Delivery may be added depending on order size and location.
