🎈Hello everyone, we hope that you are all doing well! A little behind this year but there’s less than two weeks until one of our favorite bakery holidays, Paczki Day aka “Fat Tuesday”! In an effort to simplify the preorder process and ensure optimal quality we will now be accepting preorders for Paczki both online via our email which will be provided below, as well as by phone or in store. We will be offering both full and half dozen options but will not accept orders for anything less than a half dozen. For those interested in specifics, we will be offering all flavors in-house on a first come, first served basis while supplies last. We will be accepting orders online, by phone or in store until Friday, February 17th at 6pm. Preorders will be available for pickup beginning Monday February 20th through Tuesday the 21st. For maximum convenience, we will also be asking for pre-payment upon order. For email orders please give us time and know that you will receive a confirmation email with an order number which we would appreciate that you had present when picking up your order for efficiency sake. We appreciate everyone’s support and understanding and look forward to celebrating Paczki Day 2023 with you all!

After much time, trial and overwhelming demand, we are very excited to bring back our scratch-made Sourdough Bread! We would also like to introduce the star of the show, our wild yeast starter, “Frankenstein” who helps make it all possible! Our Sourdough Bread is made with the highest quality unbleached & non-bromated flour using our homemade organic wild yeast starter and absolutely no additives or preservatives. Our Sourdough Bread has a chewy and semi-open crumb (interior) with a thick and crunchy exterior and a mildly sour flavor. It's perfect for sandwiches, soup bowls and everything in between. Due to the complex nature of the sourdough process, our bread will only be available on a first come, first served basis for the time being until we fine tune our recipe and streamline the process. As always, we are extremely grateful for everyone’s support and patience as we offer new and exciting treats. There are always hiccups and learning curves along the way, but everything we make, we make with the utmost love and care and we thank you all for the feedback and encouragement. We are excited to bring back a crowd favorite, our Cheddar Jalapeño and Sundried Tomato Basil Mozzarella breads! We also are now offering our 24 Hour Artisan loaves. This bread is proofed overnight using a slower fermentation process giving the bread a soft, yet chewy texture.

We are a small, yet mighty group of passionate bakers that love what we do and who we do it for. We have big plans for the New Year and we are hoping to find someone just as excited as we are! Professional baking experience is not required but always welcome!
After a wonderful but exhausting holiday season we have decided to give our team an opportunity to slow down and spend some much needed time with their families. With everyone’s health and well being in mind, we will be closed the first week of the new year. We appreciate everyone’s continued support and understanding this past year. The last few years have seemed to move at a pace that’s been difficult to keep up with but we are so grateful for our team and their dedication and loyalty as well as our exceptional customers that have supported us along the way and helped ring in yet another excellent year. We understand that closing down for a week may pose as an inconvenience to some and we do not take that lightly. We plan to recoup, reflect and come into the new year better than ever!
