A big thank you to Dragonfly Desserts & Coffee House & Bakery for supporting Phelps/Harlan County CASA during Child Abuse Awareness Month with their Give Back Day!

Because of their generosity and everyone who stopped by to support, we were able to raise funds that will help train two new CASA volunteers. 💙

We are so thankful for the support from our community and local businesses that help us continue making a difference for children in Phelps and Harlan Counties!

Did you know we sell fresh roasted coffee beans? Our delicious cold brew blend comes from the in Lincoln. We also have some delicious flavored coffees perfect for summer. Our espresso bean are fresh roasted every 2 weeks nearby from our Kansas roaster, The Little Cow Roasting Co. and we have a variety of popular flavored coffee from our Oregon roaster. If there’s something you would like to see, a special origin, blend or flavor, let us know!

We have lots of grab and go options in the cooler today! Grab a bulk serving of our homemade chicken salad. There are wraps and chicken salad croissants ready to go as well as our macaroni salad. We have lemon cheesecake with homemade lemon curd, a fresh batch of our bread pudding. Lemon bars, brownies and white chocolate cranberry Blondies.

We love to make lemon curd with our leftover yolks, but sometimes we have plenty of that. This was the perfect solution to our extra yolks. We hope you stop in and try it! It’s available in the cooler today.
