Baked this for a fundraiser tonight. I feel like doing something I enjoy doing just isn't enough. I hope it was able to raise a little $$ .
Cookies and cream cake with cookies and cream buttercream filling, vanilla buttercream icing.
I also made
6 large carrot cake cupcakes filled with cream cheese filling and topped with cream cheese buttercream icing
6 large red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese filling and topped with cream cheese buttercream icing
6 large devils food chocolate cupcakes with cocoa buttercream icing
And a variety of cookies. I just forgot to take pictures of it all. 🤪🤪

My annual bake for a dear friend. He's a Vietnam Veteran who has coffee with a few other veterans at the National Cemetery on Memorial Day morning for a cup of coffee, a cookie, and rough memories of the past.
I've made him some version of a soldier cookie for the last three years. I'm more than honored to be able to participate in this solemn moment.
Don't forget to take a moment out of your weekend and give thanks for those who have given their lives for our country and our way of life!
