Famous for our all natural, preservative free fresh country sausage, which we have been seving at the Green Dragon Farmers Market since 1973.

Served on a fresh baked roll or in a bowl with fried onions and a mild tomato sauce or try one on a stick.

On July 30th, we permanently closed our Allentown Farmers Market location.

We would like to thank you for your support over the past 2 1/2 years and hope to see you again at the Green Dragon Farmers Market.

In the near future, we hope to enable online ordering and delivery of our sausage. In the meantime, if you run out and can't make it to our Lancaster location, give us a call and we will make sure you get it.
