Hi everyone, I’m Sharon Karolski-Schultz. I have been a resident of Allen Park for about 20 years, I am a proud Navy wife, and a medically retired paramedic. I started baking about two months ago after having a stem cell transplant for Multiple Sclerosis. I was home bound due in a compromised immune system. Eventually I became bored and decided to try something new to occupy my time, so I picked up the mixer and began to bake. I decided to try some chocolate chip cookies to start with. I made so many that I ended up giving away some to friends and family. They were hooked! I had no idea that I had talent. After gaining some confidence, I ventured into unknown territory with other pastries. I found that it gave me great joy and satisfaction, and I loved that I could bring smiles to faces through my baking. Please feel free to message me with any questions. Thank you for taking the time to stop by my page
