Today, in honor of the Holiday I have red, white and blue homemade Southern Strawberry Shortcakes!

This is a southern buttermilk pastry biscuit filled with fresh strawberries, blueberries and a homemade whipping cream whip☺
They are still cooling just came out of oven! they will be available for porch pick in Allen Park within the hour and until 1pm today

I hope you are all well!!🙏
So I had my first day back at work yesterday. I was soo happy to see my clients but working under all that Protective gear was a task!
For those of you, that have not followed my story. I am Single mom of a awesome 8 year girl, and a hair stylist of 17 years.
During Covid I had issues receiving my unemployment as many of the 1099 did. So on my most desperate day I started doing what I know best( besides doing hair of coarse😉) I started baking to survive. With the support of all of you! I was able to keep up float on bills, and you guys all kept me busy! My parents always taught me "where there is a will there is a way" and I never been afraid of hard work....God blessed me with working hands and I will always put them to use!!! I was able to create a way when I felt there was none. I am forever grateful for each and everyone of your orders, and met some pretty amazing people along the way.
Now, the question I have been receiving all week is " are you going to continue to bake as you have returned to work" and the answer is YES!!!!!!!!!!! I love baking. I love sharing little messages of inspiration on the tags with you, and I love getting messages from people who love my treats! I'm not going to quite something I love!❤ So as long as you keep the orders coming I will continue to fill!!!

I am selling 12 for $24
They are a bit larger in size then a regular cupcake but not quite as big as a muffin:)
Also I am having a Gluten free carrot cake bake this Wednesday! I have had a few request, and to keep bake safe from cross contaminating I designated a day, so if you are interested please pm for your order:) because of food costs these cakes will be priced at $25 for 6inch and $35 for a 9inch.

As a hair stylist, it does not look like we are going back for a while longer, so I am tremendously grateful for this opportunity to feed you some of my favorite desserts! 😋
I have two special treats for today!
"Southern Strawberry Shortcakes" are back by popular demand today.
They are selling for $8.00 each, and they are not single serving two people can definitely share:)
For all my Chocolate craving people! I have
"Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie" in a pint size mason jar selling for $10.00.
These are both first come first serve, no order required:) The peanut butter pies are ready to go this morning and Shortcakes are still baking this morning!
