Hello my name is Ann Allen, I have a passion for making people happy with all things sweet. Several years ago I took a cake to work and to my surprise something as simple as cake made everyone HAPPY. Each time I shared sweet treats with friends and family, I received more and more compliments, which made me HAPPY, and each person that complimented me would add that I needed to start baking for oth

er people, so I did. A year ago a friend brought her son to pick up his birthday camo cupcakes. After seeing them for the first time, with a giant smile on his face, he said to me..."Miss Ann, these are the BEST cupcakes I have ever seen and they make me HAPPY!!! You need to start a business and call it HAPPY CAKES because cake makes everybody HAPPY." So, Happy Cakes began. Now a once hobby and occasional cake has become a true passion. All recipes are made from scratch with quality ingredients. I make classic recipes, but I LOVE trying new flavors and flavor combinations. The flavor possibilities are endless.
