My Favorite Homemade Granola (Gluten-Free & Sugar-Free) 🌿✨
This is my go-to breakfast — crunchy, flavorful, and nourishing.
The best part? You can switch up the flavor anytime: coconut 🥥, berry 🍓, chocolate 🍫, tropical 🥭, or autumn🍁— it’s always delicious!
Base:
• 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats (about 100 g)
• 3 tbsp uncooked quinoa (about 30 g)
• ⅓ cup mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, cashews, or walnuts — about 40 g)
• 2 tbsp blue agave syrup (about 40 g)
Instructions:
1. Mix oats, quinoa, and nuts in a bowl.
2. Add agave syrup and stir until everything is evenly coated.
3. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
4. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 12 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until golden and crisp.
5. Let it cool completely — it will get even crunchier as it cools!
Store in a jar and enjoy with plant-based milk, coconut yogurt, or smoothie bowls 💜
