We soft-launched our pandan butter mochi last week! We’ll be offering this again in-store next week for those who missed it 😊

A lot of you asked me what pandan is. It’s kind of hard for me to describe! I used to get those Vietnamese pandan and mung bean steamed mochi-like desserts all the time when I was a kid, so the flavor is very nostalgic for me. In short, pandan is a leaf that’s used a lot in Southeast Asian cuisine. Its flavor is subtle, kind of floral and earthy at the same time? It’s not super strong but very unique— you’ll just have to give it a try in-store 😉
