I have been testing, lately, the size of sourdough loaves. I had in the past had comments from my customers that they cannot eat a large boule of loaf fast enough before it dries up. The past couple of weeks I tried smaller loaves. A smaller loaf was tested at $10 and $8. Compared to a larger loaf at $12. I sold out! Do you prefer a small or large loaf? Maybe I should offer both. What do you think?
