If you're in Aledo to visit us at the Barn, do yourself a favor and grab a sandwich at Smith's Custom Meats and General Store ! Sat. June 13th, Scott will be grilling up Loaded Ribeye Sandwiches from 10am-5pm. Full menu & ice cream also available.

A sincere THANKS to everyone who visited us at Dancer's Creek Barn last weekend for Rhubarb Fest. We'll be back at it in the morning & every weekend at the Barn. I'll be stocking up my cabinet with Sourdough, Swedish Rye, Japanese Milk Bread Loaves (full & 1/2 loaves), NEW Whole Wheat Sandwich Bread (full & 1/2 loaves), Cinnamon Rolls, Cinnamon Roll Crescents, and a fresh batch of Espresso Caramels.

Happy Rhubarb Eve! I hope everyone has a great time at the Festival. Swing by Dancer's Creek Barn Fri & Sat 10am-6pm for Rhubarb treats, Fuzzy s BBQ, Randy's famous Strawberry Rhubarb Margaritas, shopping, and AC! I'll have most of my usual breads & rolls plus lots of Rhubarb goodies.

Happy Memorial Day weekend! Stop in at Dancer's Creek Barn for some homemade Brioche Burger Buns for your holiday grilling. I even sliced them for ya! Revisiting the Burger Bun experiment today. Decided to switch recipes to a brioche bun while still incorporating some sourdough starter. I think we have a winner! I'll be making more in the next couple of days! 🍔

Finishing up some orders this afternoon and I'll have a good variety for everyone at Dancer's Creek Barn in the morning. Sourdough, Swedish Rye, Japanese Milk Bread Rolls, Honey & Oat Wheat Bread, there will be 1 lonely Cinnamon Star Bread up for grabs, and I'll have some cute little "Baby" Star Breads filled with Double Raspberry! (Black & Red) Of course some fresh Sea Salt or Espresso Caramels as well. Have a great weekend!

Happy Mother's Day weekend! Dancer's Creek Barn is a great place for mom to shop hand crafted items, antiques, have a cocktail, relax on the patio, or just look around and remember the good ol'days. I'll be there this morning with Sourdough, Swedish Rye, Japanese Milk Bread (Rolls & Cinnamon Raisin Loaves), Cinnamon Rolls, Rhubarb Blueberry Crisp (individuals or full pans), and Sea Salt or Espresso Caramels.
