Today I bring you a little taste of my Mexican heritage with my ā€œfiesta packsā€

You get one delish co**ha (Mexican sweet roll)

Two Mexican wedding cookies (think of a butter pecan cookie)

And three colorful Mexican sugar cookies

Good evening folks!

I know itā€™s late but I like to live dangerously and stay up past my bedtime šŸ˜‚

Anyways Iā€™ve been brewing up some new plans and ideas, one new product I would like to test is co**has.

Whatā€™s a co**ha? A co**ha is a type of pan dulce, which is a Mexican sweet bread. Typically served warm with a hot beverage, I personally like to dunk mine in my coffee or hot chocolate!

So tomorrow, Tuesday the 7th, Iā€™ll have samples of these available while supplies last!

Keep in mind these are going to be little samples, and feedback will be greatly appreciated!

Todays treat is Strawbunny Tres Leches

Strawberry cake soaked in 3 milks
Layer of banana pudding
Sweet vanilla whipped cream
Lovely coconut
Topped with peeps (one of my favorites) and Robins eggs

I want to apologize for the long break, menopause is killing my mental health (which was already not great lol) and it just drains the absolute life outta me.

Well howdy ho!!

Itā€™s beenā€¦.a minute, and life had knocked me back a bit, but I had some energy finally and was able to focus long enough to bake a treat.

Perimenopause is not fun, it has literally sucked the joy and life outta me, on top of already struggling with my body and mind. I will try and be more regular with treats again!!

Happy Monday!! Itā€™s going to warm up and be a decent day hopefully!!

There will be no treats this week as weā€™re starting a new menu! Between just us girls (and guys lol) the garlic parm chicken sando is soul snatching!! We made it to test out and my goodness, I could have sworn angels started singing and doves started flying, I could have wept it was so good.

Well now Iā€™m hungry and craving one so hurry up 11!!

LETS TALK CHEESECAKE šŸ–¤

I am a HUGE fan of Golden Girls. I mean whatā€™s not to love right? One of the best parts about the show, is watching the gals gather and solve all of lifeā€™s problems with cheesecake.

I also very much love cheesecake, any and all (minus anything with blueberry šŸ¤®) so itā€™s safe to say Iā€™m dipping into my Golden Girls cheesecake era now.

What flavors of cheesecakes would you like to see? Are you more of the traditional cheesecake person? Or perhaps more on the wild adventurous side?

I will be making cheesecake bars (just so much easier to slice and serve uptown) flavor undetermined yet!

Good morning and happy Hump Day!! Itā€™s been awhile. Like too long, and i apologize. I got super sick back in November, was out almost 2 weeks, then holidays and life and yeah. So itā€™s back into the swing of things for me.

Todays treat is giving all the shrek vibes and Iā€™m absolutely for it, I mean come on who doesnā€™t love shrek?!

Itā€™s going to be quite the busy week for us all, filled with food, family, laughter and sometimes tears (if you know you know lol)

Thanksgiving is my second favorite holiday literally because I get to spend the day making food and feeding everyone. As stressful as it may be, it fills my soul.

Anywho,

Good morning!!

Itā€™s a dreary Friday folks. I normally LOVE this type of weather but itā€™s been a long week with sick kids and I just really want some sunshine šŸ˜­

Iā€™ll be taking orders for thanksgiving desserts till Monday!!

All orders will be made Tuesday, and will be ready for pick up Wednesday (we have a thanksgiving that afternoon)

I will be offering the following

Cheesecake chocolate chip cookies
Pineapple upside down cake cookies
Rolo snickerdoodles
Chocolate crinkles
8x8 pans of fudge
Tres leches (pumpkin, hot chocolate, cookies and cream this is for cupcakes and cakes)

I usually do brownies this time of year but my oven does not like brownies for some odd reason and itā€™s a fight every time I make them so i apologize lol
