Happy National Cheesecake Day!!

Did you know this delicious, creamy and versatile tort can be traced back to ancient Greece. Interestingly, cheesecake was fed to the greek athletes during the Olympics held in 776 B.C. As time has gone by, the recipe has been modified several times taking cheesecake from ordinary to extraordinary!

Less posting means more experimenting!New flavor added to the menu and it's one of my fav's! If you are like me and always sneak dough from the mixing bowl, you're gonna love these delicious Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough cupcakes! Edible cookie dough loaded with semi sweet chips and sprinkles plunged into a cupcake, iced with a sweet cream buttercream and drizzled with chocolate ganache!

It's been awhile since my last post...a full time job and cake orders doesn't leave much time for editing pics and creating content so I have quite a few videos to post...

Surprise birthday cake which resulted in quite a bit of experimentation with the birthday boy's favorite candy and resulted in a new flavor added to the menu...Get your taste buds ready for a sweet and sour trip down cake lane! Delicate white poke cake filled with a tangy syrup, topped with fruity pebbles and iced in a creamy ice cream buttercream!

During my experimentation with this flavor, I created a delicious whipped gummy candy and though I didn't add it inside the cake, it made a delicious treat on the side!

One of DCC fans brought it to my attention that I havent posted in awhile...trying to manage 3 media platforms and getting orders out the door can be difficult at times 🙃
Here is one of my latest creations and one of my favorite types of order...when a customer gives me free reign on a design and Mama to this special birthday girl always lets me do just that! A custom dino/unicorn cake to celebrate Brianna's 5th Birthday!

Ya I Got That Yummy Yummy....

Thanksgiving had me craving and creating a mash up of a smooth and creamy brown sugar cinnamon cheesecake atop a thick graham cracker crust and topped with a rich and gooey caramelized brown sugar and toasted pecan filling!
