As far as quality, I strive to choose ingredients from trusted brands, buy organically when necessary, and utilize my accessibility to the many local farmer’s markets. We’re incredibly honored (and honestly, thrilled 🤣) to have been selected as a vendor for Heights Summerfest for the very first time this year! And that’s not all...we’re also excited to share that we’ll be at Freedom 4th and Westside Summerfest in August 😱😱😱 More on those events soon!
Without further ado:
HEIGHTS SUMMERFEST is happening THIS coming Saturday, June 13 from 5-10 PM!
You’ll find us inside THE SHOPS area with a fully loaded menu 👀👀
📣 One important scheduling note 📣 We will not be at Rail Yards this weekend or next weekend because we’re putting all of our focus into Summerfest. It takes so much time and manpower to pull off these large events, hence the limited June pop up schedule 🤪
And....while we are prepping like MAD already, we know our Japanese milk bread fruit sandwiches and mini pies have developed a bit of a reputation for selling out early 🤭 And rightfully so cuz they're DELICIOUS. So, if those are on your must-have list, come early and ready to shop for the best selection 🩵 and remember, it's FREE to come in just to shop for your favorites (but the music line up looks incredible) 🥰

I am still trying to process the overwhelming amount of love and kindness this community blessed me with today 🥹 my family thought I was nuts for choosing to work on my birthday but I mean it when I say I wouldn't have it any other way! Sundays at Rail Yards is when I get to "do life" with all of you - see how your week went, hear your achievements, share your burdens; see your smiles, meet your kids and pets, laugh, and count down with you to summer & vacations 🩵 and on top of that, my vendor family and friends went ABOVE & BEYOND to shower me with hugs & gifts, and to make sure I was *thoroughly* embarrassed by the multiple rounds of loud singing 🥹😂 my cheeks may never recover and I loved every minute of it 😂
So. From the bottom of my heart...THANK YOU to each and every one of you for today, for all the birthday love, and for being part of my community and supporting my little corner of the baking world 🫶
