NMED Licensed, ServSafe Manager certified, & insured I am a classically trained pastry chef, fully licensed and safe food-handling certified, and I graduated with my degree in pastry arts in 2007. I worked in several bakeries (in PA and OH) until we started our family in 2010. Since then I’ve continued baking out of my home, utilizing the “word of mouth” method. Now that our kids are getting older, I'm ready to put some legs behind my passion and take on more clientele. As far as quality, I strive to choose ingredients from trusted brands, buy organically when necessary, and utilize my accessibility to the many local farmer’s markets. As a result, my products are not always the cheapest but more than make up for any additional cost in quality and taste! Please feel free to navigate through my menu! We hadn't even opened on Saturday and we had a line forming 😂 Then we blinked. 11:17am, still a long line, but every single item (down to the last loaf of bread) we'd brought to Los Alamos was GONE. Elation 🥹🤩 but then extremely hard to turn away SO MANY that were so disappointed we were sold out 😭 to have our little bakery be a household name and highly sought after still blows our minds...grateful is such an understatement!
This week, our highly anticipated return to Rail Yards Market is Sunday 8/16/26 starting at 10am 👏 it's also Old School Day, including the Old School Car Show and Contest! This market day is well attended and we've been advised to bring as much product as we can to not sell out too early 🤪 SO! 📣UPDATE📣 OK y'all, I'm going to say this from my momma heart 💖 With school starting tomorrow, my kiddos needed my full attention and support this week. All 3 of them are changing schools, and unfortunately, that came with unforeseen challenges we had to sort out 🫠 So, I made the decision to only keep one event this weekend, and reschedule our Rail Yards return to next Sunday, 8/16. I know that comes with mega disappointment as you all have been so patient with our time away... But those of you who know me also know I have and will always put my kiddos first 🥹 I will plan better next year!
I am also making a large wedding cake for special friends in Los Alamos on Saturday, hence why I decided to keep the art festival 😅 So if you're in the area for the Los Alamos county fair, swing on by and stock up on all your favorite goodies 🍞🥖🥐
ABQ - we'll see you SUNDAY AUGUST 16 at 10AM 🩵
