What a better way to end my Cakes By CJ journey here in ABQ than by making what I think is now one of my most favorite cakes yet! This 3 tier dinosaur cake was all my customer’s son wanted for his birthday, and I am grateful they chose me to make it. The bottom layer is chocolate with strawberry filling, middle is red velvet with a cream cheese filling, and the top is vanilla with peanut butter filling.
Thank you to everyone who has showed me love & support over the past 5 years of doing cakes here in ABQ! It means a lot to me to have had each and every one of you as my customers. I’ve loved having the opportunity to bring your designs to life and help you celebrate the special moments in your lives. I’ll be taking a break from cakes over the next several months while I acclimate to life in Baton Rouge, but I’ll be sure to keep this page alive with my creations as I get started back up.
