It is not easy when your kids and family have allergies. We want to say a special thanks to the Mother's out there who work overtime for their kids, bend over backwards for their families health, and still fill their homes with love, kindness, and yummy treats.

We hope you all get to spend quality time with your mothers and mother figures in your lives. While we will NOT be open this weekend, as we will be spoiling our own moms, we can't wait to see you again.

We will be seeing you again this coming Saturday at Castle Coffee in Rio Rancho! Come start your weekend with some delicious breads, sweets, and coffee.

Be sure to place an order for this Sunday if you would like anything in particular as well, as we will only be doing preorders. We will still have the free tea station at pickup, of course!

We had such a wonderful time this weekend, but we absolutely could not have done it alone. Thank you to everyone who supported us at the Southwest Chocolate and Coffee Fest, truly! We got to share so much good food with others because of you.

Special thanks to Sip Sorceri and No Wheat, All Sweets Gluten Free Bakery - not only are they the kindest business owners ever with the best tea and cupcakes in the city, but they totally saved our booties on day two! Merci encore !

Voilà - our new creation, Mole Scones!! And if you guessed Chocolate Baguette for the last post, you were so right!

We are SO excited to see you all at the Southwest Chocolate and Coffee Fest tomorrow!! We have a BRAND NEW and EXCLUSIVE menu for the event, full of new pastries and bread.

The best part: everything is sampleable, just ask!!

We will have a few raffles each day for goodies as well - so much free stuff, you won't want to miss it!

A little sneak peak of a menu item for the SWCCF... Can you guess what it is??

The winners of the free tickets have also been picked! You should recieve an email from Blue River Productions for your tickets shortly, as well as a confirmation text from Chez Shalese. The winners are:

And a BIG thank you to everyone who helped in this fundraiser! It was so amazing to see this community give smiles and full bellies to those that really need it most.

I would like to shout out our very first donation came from the owner of Vegos - a very delicious Vegan restaurant (with gluten free options) in Albuquerque! Please go check them out - they are so very kind, they really deserve our support!

We hope to see you ALL this weekend! We absolutely cannot wait to share our chocolate menu with you all!
