We are celebrated for our artistry in crafting signature floral cakes and cupcakes and creating unique creations through the delicate strokes of hand painting and the textured beauty of palette knife technique.
*** In consideration of allergies, please feel free to inform us of any specific dietary requirements. Our kitchen handles tree nuts, milk, eggs, wheat, dairy, peanuts, soybeans, strawberries and shellfish. While our kitchen is not gluten-free, we pride ourselves on being gluten-friendly. We do offer a limited selection of gluten-free items, and rest assured, we take rigorous precautions when handling them to ensure your safety. ***
POLICIES

• Custom orders require a minimum of 7 days' notice (60 days for weddings). Once placed, any alterations to your order will incur supplementary fees.
• To confirm your order, we require a 50% non-refundable retainer.
• Additional charges apply for specialty and individual packaging.
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled within 14 days of the due date (45 days for weddings) and 50% of the total remains non-refundable.
• You have the flexibility to reschedule your custom order up to 60 days in advance without penalty. However, within the 60 days, the original retainer remains non-refundable.
• After 60 days, all payments are non-refundable, and rescheduling will necessitate a new 50% non-refundable retainer.
• Delivery and set up charges will calculate into your order.
• Please note, although we employ minimal fondant ingredients for specific decorations, we do not offer full fondant cakes. We are more than able to accommodate your needs to the extent that time permits or as much as is feasible. Please note for expedited orders, there will be associated expedited fees. Your convenience and satisfaction are of utmost importance to us, and we are here to assist you with any special requests. We diligently strive to construct items securely and package them with the utmost care and protection. Once your order leaves FFB, we are no longer responsible for any issues that may arise. However, in cases of delivery-related problems caused by us, we'll make every effort to resolve them at no additional cost. For issues occurring after delivery, additional charges will apply. We genuinely value your timely communication; if you have any concerns, don't hesitate to reach out within 24 hours. Your happiness is our top priority. Kindly adhere to the specified timeframe (24 hours) to inform us of any issues and to return any uneaten portions for quality control checks which aids us in securing your overall satisfaction. Occasionally, we may make mistakes, and we appreciate your understanding and the chance to rectify them and learn from these experiences.
