Two orders from this past weekend: Hope you had a Happy Birthday, Jaime! And Thank You to Angela Rackstraw for yet another challenging cake order! (Angela ordered a Vanilla blueberry cake with blueberry cardamom curd. Her cake sure turned out looking better the 2nd time around after I caused the cake to have blow outs on the first try!!)

I had the honor of providing the wedding cake for the daughter, Jayleigh, of a client. Her Mom, Keena, picked out the design and Jayleigh was in the dark until wedding day. I was as a little worried with the weather being so warm and driving 1.5 hours with a cake that had cream cheese icing, but the cake made it! Beautiful reception Jayleigh and Keena! Thank you for allowing me to be a part of this special day! (The cake looks crooked but it's is the way I placed it in the cake plate. Once it was set on the cake plate, there was very little wiggle room to straighten it up.)
