Its official, my schedule is full until my break! 🥳
Now, onto even more exciting news- I've been at this baking thing for almost a decade, & while it truly is my passion & has given me the opportunity to work from home and raise my babies, I decided it's time to try something new.
Introducing my newest baby:
Meadow North 🌻💐🪻
This summer, after years of finding so much joy in putting my hands in the dirt, I will be testing my green thumb and growing cut flowers & greenery for random ✨Just Because️ bouquets✨️ throughout the season! Some seedlings are already started for early blooms if the weather cooperates & I can get them in the ground Mother's Day weekend ❤️
I will also be using the blooms for Hapazome, which is a Japanese technique of hammering flowers and leaves onto fabric or paper to release natural pigments, creating beautiful, unique botanical prints.
(Its a great way to make wedding, funeral & other special occasion floral arrangement keepsakes! 👀) However, I plan to begin with greeting cards, cotton dish towels & thrifted clothing. 👗🧦👕
I'll be back to baking in no time, but I'm SO excited for this new little adventure!
