Sunshine’s Bakery

I’m just a girl who loves to bake. Seriously. I started baking with my mom when I was so little I had to stand on a chair to reach the counter. Before long, I was creating my own recipes and sharing baked goods with everyone.

Fast forward a few years and quite a few dietary changes for health reasons, and I now prefer to eat a Paleo-friendly diet. My goal is to create healthier options of traditional baked goods. It’s been quite a challenge but such a triumph when a recipe is successful - especially when my friends and customers rave over a Paleo cupcake!

So, you’ll see a lot of old-school treats here (because that’s what everyone usually wants), but you’ll also find some Paleo goodies on the site as well. No matter what, you can rest assured that all of my baked goods are created to bring a ray of sunshine with every single bite!
