☕️😩 COFFEE EMERGENCY AT MANDYCAKES YESTERDAY!!

Our espresso machine decided it was DONE yesterday! 😭☕️

Thankfully, Steve from Albany’s very own Weekend Coffee Roasters came to the rescue today and got us BACK IN BUSINESS!! 🙌🎉

Not only does Steve roast some AMAZING small-batch coffee (including our very own Mandycakes blend! 😍), but he also services and maintains espresso machines!

So if you have an espresso machine that needs some TLC, HE’S YOUR GUY!! 🙌

Let’s all give Steve a HUGE THANK YOU for saving the day and keeping Albany caffeinated! ❤️☕️

🎃 PUMPKIN ROLLS ARE FINALLY HERE!! 😍

I wanted to make these last year but I was too busy figuring out pies and trying to keep up with making them! 😂

Thinking we’re going to do BOTH of these this year!! 🙌 Might even try a gluten-free version!

🍁 Maple Pecan Pumpkin Roll

Soft, moist pumpkin cake rolled up with our delicious cream cheese filling! 😍 Each serves 8–10 people!
