Fun fact! Before Mandycakes, Josh owned coffee shops for almost 20 years. Mostly drive-thrus.

So when we built Mandycakes, coffee was always a big part of the plan.

Which is funny because I think most people think of us as a cake shop… or a donut shop… or maybe the empanada place 😂

Caught Josh workin😂

Before we got our sheeter, it was just flour, rolling pins, and a whole lot of determination.😂

We were making hundreds of empanadas a week and hand rolling every single one of them. Looking back, I have no idea how we kept up. 😅

The finger, the popcorn, the movie reel… every little detail was edible. 😳

Custom cakes like this are why we love what we do. The crazier the idea, the more fun we have making it. The birthday boy was so excited!

Kass is definitely a punk rocker… 😎so when somebody ordered a punk rock cake she may have gotten a little carried away 😅🤘

The Smoked Brisket Mac & Cheese Empanada has been doing way better than we expected.

Now we’re over here wondering…

Should we just start selling our scratch-made mac & cheese by itself? 👀

Like a container of creamy, cheesy, made-from-scratch mac & cheese in the case.

Take it home and heat it up for dinner… or we’ll heat it up for you.

This medieval wedding cake was no joke 😂

Kass literally carved every brick by hand to make it look like an old stone castle. The kind of detail most people never notice… until they get up close.

The final cake was worth it though 🏰🐉⚔️

We love doing these kinds of crazy cool cakes! 😅
