So folks, after five great years I’ve made the decision to close up Beverwyck Cheesecake Co. The last few months I’ve had a lot less time to spend in the bakery, added to the rising cost of everything involved with running a business, financially it doesn’t make sense to continue. You all have been absolutely amazing, and the fact I’ve made it this long is all thanks to you. Cheers, and I hope to see you all around

Hey Everybody! We’ve got a brand new sampler with three new flavors for you! I decided to get a little creative with this one, and I think it really paid off. The first flavor is Cookie Butter; a Biscoff Cookie Butter cheesecake with a vanilla cookie crust topped with Cookie Butter Toffee. The next is Baja Blast; a cheesecake flavored with Mountain Dew Baja Blast and Lime with a lemon cookie crust topped with citrus ganache and lime zest. To finish off the sampler we have Hawaiian Delight; a Coconut Cream cheesecake with a vanilla cookie crust topped with homemade Caramel and Passion Fruit Curd. You can buy a single slice for $9 or get three slices for $24, free delivery is included with every order. Message us on Facebook and Instagram with orders and questions

Here it is folks, our Valentines Day Sampler! We’ve got some great flavors for you. The first is a Raspberry Swirl cheesecake, a vanilla cheesecake with a graham cracker crust and topped with a raspberry compote swirl. The second is a brand new flavor, Chocolate Strawberry, a dark chocolate cheesecake with an Oreo crust topped with homemade strawberry curd and chocolate crisp pearls. Finally we have a Chocolate Covered Cherry cheesecake, a black cherry cheesecake with an Oreo crust topped with a dark chocolate ganache. Slices are available for $9 or get 3 slices for $24.
