As the New Year begins, I would like to thank all of my customers for making this an amazing year! I never could have imagined this year would take off like it did. A week before Easter 2023, I was working a job I hated, I was depressed from having to leave my kids, my breastfed baby was refusing bottles, I was working just to pay the sitter (we love you Kandi!) and I was stressed out to the max. My very loving and supportive husband said “Just quit. Today! We always find a way to get through.” I stood there crying and said, “well, I can give the cakes a try.” That first weekend, Easter weekend, I completely sold out. You guys kept the momentum going. Every single week I have had orders, new customers from word of mouth, and so many opportunities. I can’t thank my customers and supporters enough for giving me the honor of making cakes for all of your most special occasions. I’ve spent this past year in awe of the appreciation you all share of my work. Ya’ll helped this tired, depressed, stressed out mama turn her dreams into a reality. Now I enjoy every single day, getting to watch my kids grow at my own pace, helping provide to my family with a skill I love, and always excited to see your reactions to what I create. With your continued support, I plan for 2024 to be even better and can’t wait to show you what’s in store. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!!!
