Frannie's Empanadas. Frannie's delicious, healthy, homemade Empanadas BAKED NOT FRIED! My Name is Denise and I am 25 years old. I am from an island in the Bay Area.

Here I am, with a radical idea of selling Empanadas the day I experimented making them. I was inspired to sell my empanadas by my Grandpa who never eats food outside of his comfort zone (traditional filipino food such as fish, vegetables, and soup) had seconds of my delicious chicken empanadas! I, myself, have eaten quite a few of them and I must say that they are DELICIOUS! I first showed an inte

rest in cooking at the age of 7 in Germany. Ever since then, cooking has become an outlet to my stress. I graduated in December 2011 with a background in nursing. People have ALWAYS told me to pursue cooking and joking around about opening up a restaurant of some sort but I always stayed on the Nursing path. I can honestly say that I truly enjoy cooking. I don't ever follow recipes and I tend to experiment relying simply on my taste buds. I hope you all will enjoy my empanadas as much as I enjoy making them. Thank you for your support!
