Each kit is small batch and made fresh to order, includes:

My customer wanted to celebrate White Day🀍 early this year with her mom (Erna) because Erna is moving back to Japan before then. We worked together on a custom cake flavor because Erna likes traditional Japanese flavors and enjoys desserts that aren’t sweet at all.

So, I created a matcha sponge cake and swapped out buttercream for stabilized whipped cream. My Swiss meringue buttercream recipe is the perfect sweetness level for most palates, but I thought whipped cream would be a more traditional pairing to the fluffy sponge cake.

I try to my best to make sure there’s a cake flavor on my menu for everyone. BUT, if you’re ever looking for something else, let me know! I love creating custom flavors to suite your special recipient’s preferences. πŸ₯°
