Big concern about PFAS and plastics in our water. Sadly it is a fact that every pair of n**s on the planet has microplastics in them. You can however reduce all contaminates with reverse osmosis water purifiers. There are many kinds to choose from. Lee and I have used Ispring now for over a decade. My Airbnb's have had 7 stage (actually 8 stage, because I fill Brita pitchers with our RO water) for 8 years. I will post a Pic of it and you can buy it on Amazon, if anyone interested. :D

My dream has always been to have a cafe that serves an early 6:00 am breakfast and at 11:00 am, it transitions into a tea room for one luncheon service daily. Something has always gotten in the way of preventing this dream from materializing. So I am putting it out there now, to the universe, that I don't know where, when, or how exactly, but a year from now, I will have this place I envision.
