Crimped Crust Home based bakery specializing in homemade pies and handcrafted cookies. My love for baking began at an early age in the kitchens of two very patient Grandmas.

They took the time to teach me their baking "secrets" and showed me that everything that comes from the kitchen includes a piece of the baker's heart. All pies are baked completely from scratch. If you don't see your favorite on the list, just let me know and I will create it for you.

Let me introduce myself and tell you a little about how Crimped Crust came to be, and what I do.
I'm just a girl from 🌻Kansas, who spent A LOT of time in my two grandmas' kitchens. They were both amazing bakers who had enough patience with me to teach me their secrets and foster in me, a love for baking for others. During college, I fell in love and married a 🏎️Hoosier. We have spent the last 26 years raising our three kids, serving in ministry, and supporting the butter, flour, and sugar industry.
I began selling my homemade 🥧pies around 2015, and then, in 2018, in an effort help cover fees for marching band, drama, and the multiple choirs that 2 of our kids were in, I made my decorated cookie debut. I soon discovered that I had found an outlet for my creative side and find great joy in making edible art for holidays and special occasions for my customers.
After 7 years of operating my home baking business in IN, in May of this year, we relocated to AL, for my husband's job. I took a few months off to allow time for us to get settled and to go through the steps necessary for me to become a cottage baker in AL. I'm so 🥰eager to step into this new chapter and look forward to adding sweetness to many special events here in central AL and the surrounding areas.

Get ready to elevate your muffin experience! (I grew up on Jiffy muffins, and still crave the apple cinnamon ones from time to time.) These muffins are packed with flavor and will be at tomorrow's sale at Veteran's Park here in Alabaster, from 8-12. Flavors available: double chocolate espresso, blueberry, and banana chocolate chip. Both regular and GF available.
