You have here my Snickers, Blueberry, Peach &Blackberry and Key lime cheesecakes. Mine are made different than other cheesecakes, I put whatever it is that you order on the inside of the cakes as well as on top, there is 21/2 lb of cream cheese, and sour cream. The crust are all hand made by me they are not store bought. This is why it take a couple of days for me to make them. Nothing is impossible for me to make. ENJOY!!! and Thank- you for looking.

This is a wedding cake I had the honor of making for a friend of mike, they loved it and I also did the cupcakes that you see I had so many people tell me they were the best cupcakes and cake that they had ever eaten. The cake was red velvet with cream cheese frosting and even though you can not get cream cheese frosting to be perfectly smooth it came out very nice. Heather and Jerry complicated me on how beautiful it was and how good it tasted I am pretty proud of myself and extremely honored to have been the person they choose to do this Thank -You Heather and Jerry

Hello Everyone , I am sorry I have been away the last month was not a good one , but I am back now and I have some new pictures to share with you , all the butterflies on the cake were made by hand and without any decorating tools so I could have done a better job if I had the right tools ,It was a birthday cake for a friend and she and all the people she shared it with loved it.
