Working on perfecting my sourdough bread & offering 2 types.

1st up is the rustic round loaf; crunchy, chewy & minimal ingredients compliment soups, stews and dips.

2nd is a sandwich loaf; olive oil & cane sugar added to the dough create a much softer crust and fluffier crumb perfect for toast & sandwiches.

My 2nd favorite snack of my Birthday week!!

My Nana used to make these all the time for us when we'd come visit! She'd always have a Coke with crushed ice ready to chill the heat after we inhaled them.
