It felt good to do some baking. These are chocolate sugar cookies w banana buttercream icing for the wonderful nurses in the cancer center for nurses week.

I have decided to close my baking business. I am putting my time and energy into volunteering in the cancer center at the hospital. I have picked up more days at the center. It’s where my heart is being led and where I believe I belong. I am at my best when I am there helping the patients and nurses. I am meeting some of the nicest people. I enjoy helping and spending time with the patients. There is no doubt in my mind that this is one of my purposes in life. God has put me there and for that I am grateful. He got me through my cancer journey and has now given me the opportunity of helping others through theirs.

Thank you to all of my loyal customers. It has been a pleasure baking for all of you.
