Sweet Tooth Cupcakes & All Things Sweet! D. Noelle Carter, Owner/Baker has been baking for several years off and on since her teenage years.

Her beginnings started with assisting her mother in the kitchen during the holidays to dibbling and dabbling in the kitchen on her own. It wasn't until 2009 when she decided to assist her daughter's with a fundraising project and baking was the one thing she knew would be a quick hit! In 2010, after the passing of her beloved mother, Noelle decided to share the recipes of her mother with others! S
