Humble Bread

Humble Bread Humble Bread, a micro-bakery in Ada, MN, uses high quality ingredients to craft the same artisan bread that we feed our family.

We use organic grains, grass-fed dairy, filtered water, and healthy oils in all of our products. A weekly preorder opens on Sunday with pick ups and deliveries on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

More sourdough banana bread is now available - if you missed out after the first batch sold out, now is your chance to grab some. Choose from plain, walnut or chocolate chip. 🍌💛

Everything is made with organic flour, filtered water and real sourdough culture. Thanks for supporting our small family bakery!

We're having a limited menu pop-up this SUNDAY, June 7th. Our next bake day won't be until June 27th so this is a great chance to restock your freezers while we're on our summer break.

Scheels Home & Hardware Fargo: 12 - 5 PM

Our roadside stand in Ada is now open until dark! We will also be open tomorrow (5/16) from 8 AM - 8 PM.

We have a variety of sourdough bread and 4 kinds of cookies out right now, along with granola, chai mix, taco seasoning and bread dip. Yeasted breads will be out later this evening and tomorrow.

We have a full menu for you this week!

We'll be at the Red River Market in West Fargo this Saturday from 10 AM-2 PM. We also have pick up options at Humble Bread in Ada from 10 AM - 8 PM and Skill Cutz in Fargo from 4-8 PM.

This is our last bake before we take a break for a few weeks.

Good morning! We’re at The Kinfolk Market now until noon! Our roadside stand is also open in Ada until dark tonight.

We have a variety of sweet rolls - iced cinnamon, caramel, caramel pecan. Quantities are limited!
