Today’s featured Frodo flavor is Peanut Butter!

This is the very same recipe I made with my mom as a child, and you won’t find a better peanut butter cookie.

Besides using clean, simple ingredients like real butter, fresh eggs, and vanilla, the dough is made with Jif peanut butter because, as they say, “choosy mothers choose Jif.” (If you know, you know!) I’m convinced it’s part of what makes these cookies so delicious.

Baked straight from frozen in your oven, these cookies bake up golden, with crisp edges and perfectly soft centers.

Simple, nostalgic, and so delicious!

Store number 13!!! Woohoo!! Coborn’s in Huron for the win and we couldn’t be more excited. If you know anyone in the Huron area, please share this post or tell them about Frodo. Ever wonder what goes into making a batch of Frodo?

It starts long before we scoop the first cookie dough ball.

Ingredients are measured and prepped, lots (and lots!) of eggs are cracked, everything goes into the mixer, and before long, a big batch of cookie dough is ready to be divided up and hand-scooped.

We make Frodo in large batches these days but the process is still surprisingly simple-cream the butter and sugars, add the eggs and vanilla, mix in the flour and chocolate chips.

And apparently every batch also requires approximately 147 bowls. 😂

Frodo is just the best! We make it with love so you can enjoy homemade cookies in your own home. You need to go get some today!
