Цієї неділі з родинами Героїв святкували День Подяки нашому Богу.

Була дуже тепла і сімейна атмосфера. Як і колись робили наші предки, ми теж приносили подяку Богу за столом. Разом їли і дякували Богу за все: за здоров'я, за врожай, за рідних, за друзів, за один одного, за життя, за країну. Дякували за ту підтримку і допомогу яку знайшли в спільноті. За ці роки всі дуже зблизилися і зріднилися. Стали як одна велика родина.

«За все дякуйте, бо така воля Божа в Христі Ісусі щодо вас». 1 Солунян 5:18

This Sunday, we celebrated a Day of Thanksgiving to our God with the families of the Heroes.

There was a very warm and family-like atmosphere. Just as our ancestors did in the past, we also gave thanks to God at the table. We ate together and thanked God for everything: for our health, for the harvest, for our loved ones, for our friends, for one another, for life, and for our country. We gave thanks for the support and help we’ve found in our community. Over the years, we’ve all grown very close and become like family. We’ve become one big family.

“Give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” 1 Thessalonians 5:18

З 13 по 16 жовтня відбувся ретрит для батьків і старших дружин полеглих та безвісти зниклих Героїв на тему "Благословенні і вдячні".

Цього разу нас приймав чудовий християнський центр поблизу Львова "Фазенда на Гончарах".

Разом з учасниками ми досліджували історію Йосипа, розмірковуючи про його вірність Богові навіть у найскладніших обставинах.

На майстер класах власноруч робили осінні свічки й дзвіночки. Влаштовували піжамну вечірку з переглядом фільму. Щоранку проводили ранкові руханки. Також грали в ігри, більярд, настільний теніс та відпочивали в сауні.

А ще Бог подарував нашим учасникам можливість відвідати океанаріум у Львові. Дуже дякуємо керівництву за теплий прийом і повагу до батьків Героїв.

А в останній вечір до нас приїхав Олександр Мамедов зі своїми авторськими піснями.

Та найціннішими були моменти спілкування, роздумів і духовного єднання.

Дуже дякуємо Церквам з Нідерландів, Місії з Ірландіі Faith in Action, місії з Канади Fellowship Canada 🇨🇦 за підтримку в проведенні цього ретриту.

From October 13 to 16, a retreat was held for the parents and widows of fallen and missing-in-action heroes, with the theme “Blessed and Grateful.”

This time, we were hosted by the wonderful Christian center “Fazenda na Goncharach” near Lviv.

Together with the participants, we explored the story of Joseph, reflecting on his faithfulness to God even in the most difficult circumstances.

During the workshops, we made our own autumn candles and bells. We had a pajama party with a movie screening. Every morning, we did morning exercises. We also played games, billiards, and table tennis, and relaxed in the sauna.

God also gave our participants the opportunity to visit the aquarium in Lviv. We are very grateful to the management for their warm welcome and respect for the parents of the Heroes.

And on the last evening, Oleksandr Mamedov came to visit us and performed his original songs.

But the most precious moments were those of fellowship, reflection, and spiritual unity.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the churches in the Netherlands, the Faith in Action mission from Ireland, and the Fellowship Canada 🇨🇦 mission from Canada for their support in organizing this retreat.

Провели з дружинами Героїв майстер клас по виготовленню ароматних свічок. Так як зараз осінь, тому і свічки в тему.

Кожна для себе обрала свій колір і улюблений аромат. А самі гарбузки задекупажили яскравими осінніми листочками.

Загалом вийшли дуже красиві вироби, які милуватимуть осінніми вечорами.

We held a workshop with the wives of the Heroes on making scented candles. Since it’s fall now, the candles were fall-themed.

Each of us chose our own color and favorite scent. We decorated the little pumpkins with bright autumn leaves.

All in all, we created some very beautiful crafts that will brighten up our autumn evenings.

Нагадуємо, що щочетверга маємо майстер клас з Мамами Героїв.

В цьому місяці займалися арт-терапією. Одного разу розфарбовували підсвічники у вигляді пташечки, а іншого - підставочки для прикрас.

На цих майстер класах не головне що ми робимо, а головне те що ми маємо стабільне спілкування і підтримку.

We’d like to remind you that every Thursday we hold a workshop with the Mothers of Heroes.

This month, we did art therapy. One time we painted bird-shaped candleholders, and another time we painted jewelry stands.

In these workshops, what matters most isn’t what we make, but the fact that we have consistent interaction and support.

В суботу в ВЦ "Шлях" був день відкритих дверей для дружин загиблих Захисників і дружин безвісти зниклих Захисників.

Зустріч була насичена, але водночас спокійна і атмосферна.
Був творчий майстер клас по розфарбовуванню підсвічників. Було дві психологічні практики. Психологиня Леся, яка проводить консультації в нашому центрі, провела психологічну практику для емоційного відновлення. Також була запрошена психологиня
Марина Павлюченко, фахівець КЗ "Ветеранський простір" РОР, яка провела практику з VR окулярами для зниження тривожності.

Познайомили дівчат з фітнес тренером Тетяною, яка показала вправи для зняття напруги в тілі.

Було багато спілкування за чаєм зі смаколиками. Нові дружини, які вперше відвідали ВЦ "Шлях" більше дізналися про нашу діяльність і виявили бажання також відвідувати групи для підтримки дружин.

А родзинкою заходу був виступ Іванки Манки з Черкас. Яка виявила бажання послужити і заспівати свої пісні, які розповідали про її життя з Богом.

On Saturday, the "Shlyakh" Cultural Center held an open house for the wives of fallen heroes and the wives of defenders who are missing in action.

The event was eventful, yet calm and atmospheric.
There was a creative workshop on painting candlesticks. There were two psychological exercises. Lesya, a psychologist who provides counseling at our center, led a psychological exercise for emotional recovery. We also invited psychologist
Marina Pavliuchenko, a specialist at the “Veteran Space” Regional Public Organization, who led an exercise using VR headsets to reduce anxiety.

The girls were introduced to fitness trainer Tetyana, who demonstrated exercises to relieve tension in the body.

There was plenty of conversation over tea and treats. The new wives, who were visiting the “Shlyakh” Women’s Center for the first time, learned more about our activities and expressed a desire to also attend support groups for wives.

The highlight of the event was a performance by Ivanka Manka from Cherkasy, who expressed a desire to serve and sing her songs, which told of her life with God.

На цьому тижні разом з Мамами і Татами загиблих Захисників України відвідали Острог.

Ми побували в Острозькому замку, де доторкнулися до історії князів Острозьких та побачили місця, що зберігають пам’ять про минулі покоління.

Завітали до Музею книги та друкарства. Серед старовинних видань і унікальних експонатів ще раз відчули, наскільки важливо берегти свою культуру, мову та історію.

Не оминули і музей Острозької академії — місце, яке нагадує про силу освіти, знань і людей, які свого часу творили українську історію.

Та найціннішим була можливість бути разом. Поговорити, помовчати, посміхнутися, підтримати одна одну й хоча б на деякий час змінити звичну атмосферу.

This week, together with the mothers and fathers of Ukraine’s fallen defenders, we visited Ostroh.

We visited Ostroh Castle, where we got a sense of the history of the Princes of Ostroh and saw places that preserve the memory of past generations.

We also visited the Museum of Books and Printing. Surrounded by antique editions and unique exhibits, we once again realized how important it is to preserve our culture, language, and history.

We also visited the Ostroh Academy Museum—a place that reminds us of the power of education, knowledge, and the people who shaped Ukrainian history in their time.

But the most valuable thing was the opportunity to be together. To talk, to be silent, to smile, to support one another, and to change our usual atmosphere, at least for a little while.

Щонеділі з родинами Героїв проводимо зустрічі духовної підтримки, на яких шукаємо підбадьорення і надхнення у Божому Слові. Тривалий час роздумували над придчами Ісуса Христа і кожен для себе брав щось особливе.

Щоразу ці зустічі розпочинаються з вшанування полеглих Героїв хвилиною мовчання...

А також на кожній зустрічі стараємо знаходити слова, які надихають, дають сили жити далі. В цей раз разом складали слова підбадьорення і побажання.

А ще були гості з Америки, Грег Хендрік (Greg Hendrick) з дружиною Брендою. З 2000 до 2010 вони жили та служили в Рівному та Рівненській обл. Багато служили в інтернатах, дитячих будинках та домах для пристарілих. Євангелізували та поширювали Боже Слово та Добру Звістку простим людям в селах.

Every Sunday, we hold spiritual support meetings with the families of the Heroes, where we seek encouragement and inspiration in God’s Word. We spent a long time reflecting on the parables of Jesus Christ, and each of us took something special away for ourselves.

Each time, these meetings begin with a moment of silence to honor the fallen Heroes...

We also strive at every meeting to find words that inspire and give us the strength to carry on. This time, we came together to compose words of encouragement and well-wishes.

We also had guests from the United States: Greg Hendrick and his wife, Brenda. From 2000 to 2010, they lived and served in Rivne and the Rivne region. They did a great deal of work in boarding schools, orphanages, and nursing homes. They evangelized and spread God’s Word and the Good News to ordinary people in the villages.
