Lala's brownies, cakes and more sells and caters home made cakes and pastries....also sells variety of philippine snacks like p**o, cassava cake, lecheplan, banana cake and others.

My passion for baking started long ago while I still in the Philippines. Living away from the city proper with no immediate access to bakery or cake haus propel me to try baking at home only to satisfy my cravings for my favorite cakes and pastries. With the aid of my mother old la lagermania gas/stove range I keep on experimenting and try baking the cake I fancied for the weekends like simple bis

cuits and cakes which I copied from the recipe books ahead. Of course as a beginner, it is not perfect as I have expected but I didn't loose hope that someday it will be perfect and I just continue baking and trying over the weekends. Since I became busy with my work, this passion stopped for a while, anyway, this is not bread and butter I told to myself. Many years passed and many things had happened. I became a wife and a mom in this foreign land of Taiwan. Nothing to do during spare time and miss the philippine food and sweets, again my love for baking resurfaces. If I want to eat something sweet that I desire, I bake, bake and bake. First it is only for my personal consumption and craving, but became my extra income when I started to bring it to a party as a pot luck. They liked it and urged me to go on commercializing it. So that is...My passion and heart for baking came to a perfection (as my customers say)....Thank GOD for this skill. Praise to you GOD. and thank you my customers and patronizers...
