有時緊湊忙碌無法細心照料每位客人,講解不夠仔細;有時高強度的製程中及現場快速節奏裡若需要交流則存在相對難度,還敬祈見諒。

若您存在著想法及願意,請直接與我們訴說,非常願意以誠相待,請千萬別帶著不愉快離去,若您不開心我們也會感受到以及遺憾,世界很寬廣角度很多元不同聲音許多,心有餘力,真心希望能照顧到每位前來的您。

持續做著好險心中還滾燙熱忱有感覺的事,應該的小事,自原物料,每日新鮮製作的長時間製程,小小場域每日出爐近70樣不同品項,近15種麵糰,僅希望若吃膩了的您還有別的口味可嚐嚐,不僅於此而希望人與人之間的真心互動您也能感受到,真的不希望以後只剩下點餐機器阿⋯

自2019年綺麗廣場地下室延續至今日,謝謝一直不變的您們,記憶尚猶新,謝謝新的朋友您們,努力記起您的喜好。

During peak hours, our team operates within a tightly coordinated production and service schedule. At times, this may limit our ability to provide detailed explanations or immediate responses to every guest. We appreciate your understanding as we balance front-of-house service with the demands of fresh, small-batch production happening simultaneously behind the scenes.

We strongly value open and respectful communication. If you have any suggestions or concerns, we encourage you to speak directly with our team in-store. Your experience matters to us, and we will always do our best to respond sincerely and professionally. It is never our intention for anyone to leave feeling unheard or dissatisfied.

Since 2019, when we began in a small basement space, we have remained dedicated to careful ingredient selection and long, fresh daily production processes. As a small bakery producing nearly 70 different items each day, our goal is to offer both quality and variety—so that there is always something new to enjoy.

Beyond the bread itself, we hope our guests can feel the warmth and authenticity that define our space. In an increasingly automated retail environment, we continue to value genuine human interaction and personalized service.

幾乎都是
那馬麻現在膝蓋還好嗎
一種熟悉感
一種成為井井有條的大人後難能可貴簡單無利益的交流
而每次的回答大概是這樣
「馬麻說一定要幫她買兩個烤法蘭塔回家」
靈機一動脫口而出
那馬麻名字的最後一個字是什麼
還是我現在寫在烤法蘭塔上面?
