2013年兩個熱愛餐飲年輕人至澳洲麵包店打工。
2014年開了一間以烘焙澳洲鹹派(肉派)為主的早午餐店。
我們也希望帶給顧客一頓朋派(台語：豐盛之意)的享受。
2019年參加新北市特色烘焙比賽獲得二星評比。
