每年都舉辦的「元智麵包節」是元智大學最有特色的活動，今年2015年已邁入 只有在麵包節這天，男、女生們可以進到異性的宿舍，傳達雙方的情意。當然除了愛情外，友情、祝福、關心等，都可以藉由傳送麵包，傳達自己的心意。藉由活動來增進同學間的感情與互動，讓校園像個溫馨的大家庭。
