位在台東寶桑路上的董師傅烘焙坊，董紹堂遠從高雄來到台東深耕打拼，一開始從花東沿縣，跑遍各個大小夜市擺攤做生意，打出銅板麵包名聲，不論是傳統大餅，綠豆椪，麵包，或者是西點蛋糕，都受當地顧客與觀光客喜愛，堅持手工創意麵包，新鮮美味，每個星期一、四、六推出１2元銅板麵包，總是大排長龍，每個人手中都提著一大麵包走出店門。
